Prior to joining BHR, Mr. Xue served as Executive Director and Investment Committee Member of Bohai Indutsrial Investment Fund. Mr. Xue also served as Managing Director of Beringea Fund (Shanghai) Investment Consulting Co., Ltd., Vice General Manager of Intime Group, General Manager of the M&A Division of Deheng Securities, Vice President of Personal Banking Division of Societe Generale, Director of China Everbright Pacific Ltd. and China Everbright Temasek Industrial Investment Fund, Deputy Chief Administrative Officer of China Everbright Group’s Singapore business,and Deputy Director of the Department of Public Debt of China's Ministry of Finance of China and the Department of World Bank Affairs.

Mr. Xue has experience in both equity and debt investment and his portfolio of investments include the issuance of Samurai bonds and Yankee bonds. Prior to joining BHR, Mr. Xue was involved, inter alia, in the financings of Natsteel, People‘s Food Holdings, Jiaoda Kunji High-tech., China Garments Co., Intime Retail, Juneyao Airlines, Nanshan Fabric and Garment.
