Mr. Fan is Chairman and Managing Director of AsiaLink Capital Limited. His expertise lies in the field of general management, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, company consolidation and restructuring. Prior to that, Mr. Fan was Deputy Chairman of Trust-Mart Group Limited. Mr. Fan was also Managing Partner of AsiaTech Venture Limited, a venture capital firm that managed approximately US$250 million. Furthermore, Mr. Fan held senior positions in a number of international financial institutions including Nomura, ABN AMRO Hoare Govett, Paine Webber and was Managing Director of a public company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
