Mr. Li is the CEO of BHR and former CEO of Bohai Industrial Investment Fund. Prior to joining BHR, Mr. Li served as Managing Director at Macquarie Investment Advisory (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Vice President of Huawen Investment Holding Co., Ltd., President of Beijing Century Faihoo Technology Co., Ltd. which he founded, and Director of Peregrine Capital Company Limited.

Being a veteran investment banker with over twenty-five years of experience in the Greater China region, he was instrumental in many pioneering and complex listings, including the Shanghai Petrochemical company H-share IPO, being the first H-share listing of a PRC company; the red-chip listing of Haihong Group (now known as China Merchants Group), being the first Chinese company red-chip listing; the Shanghai industry investment red-chip listing and the Beijing enterprise group company red-chip listing. Mr. Li was one of the first professionals of China's private equity market, with his extensive knowledge of and experience in the Chinese (including Hong Kong) public and private sectors, he is uniquely positioned to advise and assist Chinese and global clients.
